DESCRIPTION:The inaugural ‘Taste The Trail’ bike ride was launched on S
 aturday 15th June 2019. The concept was the brainchild of South Burnett Fo
 od Ambassador and Chef Jason Ford who dreamt of combining two of the reg
 ion’s biggest attractions… regional food and the South Burnett Rail T
 rail.\n\nThe unique event was the first of it’s kind in Australia and ga
 rnered tremendous excitement and major media coverage.\n\nThe event will b
 e a leisurely ride – not a race. It doesn’t matter what age or fitness
  level\, it’s not about who travels the quickest – it’s about absorb
 ing the surroundings and sampling the local flavors along the way. Enjoy t
 he journey rather than the destination. Celebrate the fresh air and scener
 y of the South Burnett and it’s delicious regional produce.\n\nThis year
 \, 65 participating cyclists will meet in Kingaroy at 8am on Saturday\, 8t
 h of July 2023 and ride to Wondai. At each town\, riders will feast on foo
