Details
A further 5.1kms along the Rail Trail is Wooroolin.
Along the way, stop at one of the bench seats that face west and south west towards the Bunya Mountains and take in the rural landscapes. The views stretch forever.
In Wooroolin facilities include the wonderful Wooroolin Cafe, which has great coffee and food, or why not stop in and have a look at Farm 2 Fork Collective for local produce and wines.
Just across the road from Farm 2 Fork Collective, and positioned right on the Rail Trail, is the friendly Grand Hotel. The drinks are always cold and the food is great.
There is also free camping in Wooroolin. Hot showers and toilets are also available.
Wooroolin is also the starting point for two more Loop Rides. The East and West Wooroolin Loops both start at the Grand Hotel. They give riders an appreciation of the wonderful colours of the soils of the South Burnett, with views that never dissapoint.
